Wayne is a werewolf and one of the main protagonists of the Hotel Transylvania film series. He is a supporting character in Hotel Transylvania and a major character in Hotel Transylvania 2. He has a wife and tons of werewolf pups.

He is voiced by Steve Buscemi, who also voiced Scamper, Templeton, Horace Nebbercracker and Randall Boggs from Monsters Inc & University.

His Good Ranking[]

His Heroic Deeds[]

  • He's a loyal friend to Dracula helping him out on his adventures, and the hotel.
  • Though being very stressed out as a parent of many wolf pups. He still cares for his wife, and kids having them help him with certain tasks like tracking Johnny down, and fighting off the Bat Cronies.
  • Despite that it was a bit cruel, and gluttonous. He cleared the road by eating all the sheep so Dracula could get to Johnny at the airport.
  • Helped Dracula with his plan to have Dennis get his vampire fangs so he wouldn't move away to California from Mavis being overprotective of him, and even pointed out that monsters don't need to kill anymore, which instead he fetched a frisbee being thrown towards a dog.
  • He was against Dracula dropping Dennis from the tower where he learned to fly saying the kid's gonna fall to his death.
  • Joined in on fighting off the Bat Cronies who threatened the hotel from Bela calling to them, even though getting grabbed, and slammed onto the ground, then whistled to his wolf pups to finish the three of them.
  • For their monster vacation at sea. He, and Wanda dropped all their wolf pups at daycare so they could be taken care of while they finally get time to themselves for once.
  • Despite him, and Wanda running into Abraham Van Helsing, and Ericka's plan to wipe out all the monsters. They weren't spying at all, and got tranquilized during the rest of the trip.
  • Even though he got transformed into a human. He still managed to be useful with helping Mavis to find Dracula, and Johnny who went to South America to turn back to their normal human, and vampire selves.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

  • Though he's still admirable throughout the series, he fails the admirable standards of Hotel Transylvania to Dracula himself, Mavis, Johnny, and even Dennis who took part in most of the heroic acts in the films, plus the heavy lifting.
  • Even if it's understandable of him needing a break from being a father of many wolf pups. Leaving his kids with Wanda to go on these adventures is a bit selfish of him to do, also to make it worse in the fourth film. When his kids were wondering where he was. He said he didn't know where their dad is, and his name is Walter, which was a huge lie.
  • Seems to be completely okay with Dracula's lying to Mavis when going on these monstery adventures not even attempting to stop Dracula from dropping Dennis from the tower, despite being against it.
