Tara Markov, mainly known as Terra, is a supporting character in the 2003 animated series Teen Titans. Appearing initially as one of the team's allies, Terra was actually working for Slade to get information on them.
She was voiced by Ashley Johnson.
Her Good Ranking[]
Her Heroic Deeds[]
- Although it caused more harm than good, she did want to stop natural disasters with her powers to help people.
- She helped the Teen Titans stop Slade’s robots from ambushing a mine.
- She worked together with Raven to save Titans Tower from being sunk by robotic worms created by Slade.
- She presumably helped defeat the Master of Games.
- She stopped Mumbo from getting away with bank money after robbing it.
- She helped the Titans stop Slade’s robots from robbing a power plant.
- She redeemed herself by turning on Slade, sacrificing herself in the process to save the entirety of Jump City from being destroyed by a volcanic eruption that she ended up creating at the cost of being petrified.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- Although her sacrificing herself to save Jump City from a volcanic eruption allows her to pass the baseline, she fails the admirable standard of the show compared to the Titans themselves.
- She has moments where she has a lethal streak, such as crushing a scorpion to death with sadism and throwing Slade off to his death in magma.
- She became a villain when she ran away from the Titans after accusing Beast Boy of telling everyone her problem with her powers and went to Slade, who made her his apprentice in exchange for helping her have control over them.
