She forgave Maui and gave him a new hook out of forgiveness and more, that's Completely Good enough. Yeah but she doesn't have enough characterization to be Near Pure Good even if the admirable standards were to be lower and she has an impaired agency. Today, I added that insufficiently characterized and impaired agency aren't compatible with Completely Good just like how the completely evil category doesn't allow Insufficiently characterized characters or those with an impaired moral agency
But she's only completely good when she has her heart. When Maui stole it, she became Te-Ka (a literal fucking Inconsistently HEINOUS). So, she's somewhat on&off. No, she's flawed-embraced.
