The Sultan is one of the main characters in Disney's Aladdin franchise. He is the ruler of Agrabah and kind but somewhat bumbling father of Princess Jasmine. He was voiced by the late Douglas Seale in the original film and the late Val Bettin in the TV series and sequels, and later Jeff Bennett. In the 2019 live action remake, he is played by Navid Negahban.

- He mostly shows good attitude towards other people.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- He doesn't have any notable actions which could have helped him to stand out, which makes him bog-standard. He also fails the admirable standards to other characters.
- While we never know how competent he is as a ruler, he tends to be oblivious towards Jafar and doesn't even notice that Jafar is just using him.
