Her Good Ranking[]
Her Heroic Deeds[]
In General/Past[]
- She's very cheerful, polite, and compassionate to her fellow classmates and teachers.
- Very resourceful and helpful to the people around her and in class trials.
- Despite her status as a member of the royal family in her kingdom, she is very humble and even likes doing normal things like cleaning and going to school, one of the reasons why she was excited to enroll in Hope's Peak Academy.
- Everything she did as a remnant of despair was not in her control as she was being brainwashed by Junko Enoshima.
- She overall has no corrupting factors
Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair[]
- Although she doesn't like Monomi or Nagito Komaeda she treats them in a friendly manner while still disliking them.
- Got everyone to help Mikan up so she won't cry from having tripped due to her clumsiness.
- Criticized Fuyhuko for being aggressive and also defended Mikan from his threats.
- Despite how rude he was to her and everyone else, she still treated him as if she were his friend and cares of his general well-being best shown in the second trial when she was tending to an injured Fuyuhiko with Mikan.
- Hosted what was initially a girls-only beach party despite the dire situation they were in.
- Kazuichi notices this fact and makes Hajime take along with him, and despite the obvious attempt at stalking Sonia agrees to let the two join them only until Mahiru's corpse is found.
- Her knowledge of researching other cultures, legends, and criminology comes in handy in the second trial, as before the trial she points out to Hajime that the mask that was left near Mahiru's body belonged to a serial killer named "Sparkling Justice" which served as crucial evidence in the second trial. With this evidence Sonia notes near the end of the trial that Peko couldn't be Sparkling Justice due to the serial killer not originally being Japanese, this comes after the vote but because Peko is for the most part considered to be the culprit, the class passes the second trial.
- When she come acrosses Hiyoko having trouble putting back on her kimono, she suggests Hiyoko uses the full-body mirror at the music venue.
- Pleads with Monokuma to spare Gundham Tanaka when it's revealed that he is the culprit of the fourth trial.
- Discovers that the bomb in the doll factory is fake after she tested a bomb from the military base in front of the ancient ruin to see what would happen.
- Even after hearing that Chiaki betrayed the group she still considers her a good friend, especially since she indirectly revealed that fact to them to avoid the remaining survivors from all being killed for an incorrect verdict.
- Defeats AI Junko with Hajime, Fuyuhiko, Kazuichi, and Akane.
Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School[]
- Took care of the fainted teacher who attended her class.
- Helped repair the 77-B classroom with her classmates.
- Hosted a welcome back party with her classmates for Chisa Yukisome.
- Complimented Chiaki's hard work in organizing the party.
- Helps convince Ryota Mitarai to stop his plan on brainwashing the world with hope.
- Despite her hostility towards Kazuichi, she praises him for destroying a bunch of Monokumas, showing that now she no longer thinks bad of him and see him as a friend, this is further proven since she was hanging out with him on the ship.
Why Doesn't She Stand Out?[]
- She fails the admirable standards to far too many characters within Danganronpa and given her resources as Princess of Novosellic she doesn't do as much as she could, making her a pretty standard hero for the franchise.
Trivia[]
- Sonia was originally Pure Good but got removed for failing the admirable standards to Fuyuhiko which brought her into Near Pure Good until it was discovered that she not only failed the admirable standards to Fuyuhiko but several other characters in the Danganronpa franchise, bringing her to Heroic Benchmark status.
