Seamus is a supporting character in DreamWorks' 48th full-length animated feature film Dog Man, based off of Dav Pilkey's book series of the same name.
He is the Scottish cameraman of Australian photojournalist Sarah Hatoff, who regularly aids her at times and is an all-around great supporter.
He is voiced by Billy Boyd.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- While he doesn't have any corrupting qualities, he also doesn't have too many heroic deeds and does not have much characterization. Therefore, he fails the admirable standard of the film.
