Robb Stark is a major character in the A Song of Ice and Fire books and the TV adaptation Game of Thrones. He is the son of Ned and Catelyn Stark who rises in rebellion against Queen Cersei Lannister and King Joffrey Baratheon to save his father after he is wrongly imprisoned.

- He helps Talisa in aputating a Lannister soldier, saving his life.
- He refused to allow the captured Lannister soldiers to be killed, and objected Roose's suggested to flay them for information.
- Killed Rickard Karstark to avenge the death of two innocent Lannister hostages despite it being politically disadvantageous.

- He fails the admirable standards too much to Jon Snow, Tyrion Lannister and Daenerys Targaryen.
- In the show he sacrificed thousands of men as cannon fodder in a battle against the Lannisters.
- He harshly berated Theon for shooting the wilding who captured Bran despite that act saving his life.
- Was initially hostile to Tyrion when he came to Winterfell because of his distrust for the Lannisters.
