Ricky Dalton is a minor character from Fallout 4, he is a Railroad agent that helped the player and Deacon during the quest Tradecraft. He will give the player detailed information on the Synth base “the Switchboard”, he can also potentially help the player with other different things, such as sniping and causing a distraction by creating an explosion. - He’s a very minor character that only appears in one quest, causing him to lack proper characterization.
