Rei Ayanami is an secondary character of the Transformers Evangelion fanfic by Haddad062.
Her Good Zone[]
In General[]
- Unlike her original counterpart, she is less nilitsitic and didn’t make Shinji Ikari trigger the Third Impact in the story being more selfless and kind as she lost her original version's corruptions by the events of the final chapter.
Her Heroic Deeds[]
- She did the same acts as her original counterpart up until when Shinji Ikari’s battle with Arael is when where things diverged from her original counterpart.
- She assisted in help dealing with Starsceeam when the Decepticon attacking Tokyo-03.
- She held off the Beast Machine long enough for Optimus Prime to get Asuka to safety at the cost of her own life.
- When Shinji Ikari was being mentally tormented by Galvatron when he triggered the Third Impact to wipeout the Autobots and humanity, she and Kaworu would help support Shinji Ikari while protecting him from the Decepticon firing on him by disabling his weaponry before having him believe in someone which would be Optimus Prime.
- After Galvatron's Third Impact was foiled and killed, when she was revived as host of Lilith's soul she and Kaworu would leave Earth in so they can build an better future but not before saying goodbye to her friends.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out[]
- While her doing most of her original series acts and original story's acts of dealing with Starscream, the Beast Machine and supporting Shinji Ikari to stand up to Galvatron makes her easily pass the general baseline, she fails the admirable standards to Shinji Ikari and Asuka who did more with similar resources as unlike her original Anime version she now has to complete with the latter who did more admirable acts compared to Asuka’s original version since Asuka wasn't put in an comma in the story and Rei was the one to be being put out of commission in her place when she was killed by the Beast Machine.
Trivia[]
- Had Rei not been put out of commission in the story until the final chapter, she would've likely been Pure Good or Near Pure Good at least.
- She is the only Neon Genesis Evangelion Heroic Benchmark to be from an Fanfic.
