Randy Marsh is a major character of South Park. He is the father of Stan Marsh and Shelley Marsh, the husband of Sharon Marsh, and the brother-in-law of Jimbo. He is a former geologist turned weed farmer. He owns Tegridy Farms.

- He cares for his family.
- He played a role in ending the war with senior citizens.
- He warned the people of South Park about the senior citizens driving at once to prevent them from being run over, knowing they're terrible drivers. During this, he saved the boys from being run over by an old citizen's car.
- He told the boys in order to stop the AARP, which is coalition of senior citizens, they have to get up as early as they do. The boys followed through.
- During Streaming Wars Episode 2, he came up with the solution solving the South Park drought problem by using his knowledge in geology.
- He used his geology knowledge to create desalinization plant to extract water that was filtered from the Ocean water carried up in the mountains.
- After that desalinization plant was destroyed by ManBearPig under Pi-Pi's orders. He created a new one that extracts water from breast implants. This plant didn't end up destroyed thanks to Pi-Pi's defeat leading to the drought problem coming to an end.
- He played a hand in exposing Pi-Pi for replacing the water supply with urine.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out[]
- Though he passes the general baseline for solving the drought problem, he fails the admiral standards to his son Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Kenny McCormick, and Eric Cartman. They all did more than him with fewer resources. All of which, saved South Park many more time than him.
- He is on & off as he has also committed some heinous acts.
- He is infamous for getting Finland nuked.
- He picked fights with other dads during baseball games.
