Periwinkle, also known as Peri, is one if the two main protagonists (alongside Tinker Bell) in Secret of the Wings and a minor character in The Pirate Fairy.
She is frost-talent fairy from the Winter Woods who is the fraternal younger twin sister of Tinker Bell.
She was voiced by Lucy Hale.

- She was very kind to Tinker Bell when she met her.
- She introduced the Winter Woods to her sister and made her friends.
- Along with her friends, following Tinker's plan, she covered the Pixie Dust Tree with frost to prevent it from freezing, saving Pixie Hollow.
- Even though the plan was Tinker Bell's, she manages to distinguish herself by taking action.
- She, along with Tink, is responsible for the Summer and Autumn fairies finally being able to cross the Divide after several years apart.
Why Doesn't She Stands Out?[]
- While she has no corrupting qualities and goes above and beyond the baseline by preventing the Pixie Dust Tree from freezing, the problem is that she shares this feat with her friends, preventing them from standing out from each other, and the rest of her good deeds are standard kindness.
