Otis is a supporting character in the TV Series The Walking Dead, he used to work at the Greene Farm and was the one to accidentaly shoot Carl, which caused him to go on a mission with Shane to get medicine to save his life. Unfortunately, Shane kills him so it could destract the walkers long enough for him to escape.
He was portrayed by Pruitt Taylor Vince.

- After accidentaly shooting Carl, Otis brought Rick and Shane to the Greene Farm so Hershel could save his life.
- He decided to go to a FEMA command post to get medicine to save Carl's life, and refused to allow Shane to go by himself to fix something he caused, showing how much remorse he feels for accidentally shooting Carl.
- He saved Shane from getting bitten by a walker.
- He refused to allow Shane to sacrifice himself so Otis could have the chance to escape from the walkers.
- His death was the reason why Shane was able to get the medicine to Carl and save his life, even if Otis didn't want to die.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
