Officer Knight is one of the two overarching protagonists (alongside Greg the Dog) of DreamWorks' 48th full-length animated feature film Dog Man, based off of Dav Pilkey's book series of the same name.
He is a selfless though dimwitted and reckless police officer that sacrifices his life to defuse a bomb ignited by Petey the Cat.
He was voiced by Peter Hastings, who also voiced Greg the Dog in the same film.
His Heroic Ranking[]
His Heroic Deeds[]
- He genuinely cared and loved his family prior to the events of the film.
- After learning about a bomb set on an abandoned warehouse, he asks Chief to evacuate everyone in there, despite the fact there was no one inside.
- He and Greg sacrifice their lives to defuse the bomb set by Petey.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- While sacrificing his life to defuse a bomb does pass the baseline, he fails the film's admirable standard severely to characters such as Li'l Petey, Petey, 80-HD, and even Chief, Sarah Hatoff, and Seamus, who all contributed in defeating Flippy and his Beasty Buildings.
- He is extremely reckless and irresponsible, having most of his screen time revolving around him reckless driving in the middle of Ohkay City.
- He has severe insufficient characterization, only appearing within the first five minutes of the film.
