I used to live here with my sister. She was fourteen years old. When the dead started walking and Crawford shut itself in, it seemed like a pretty good deal at first. We were safe, we had everything we needed to survive. Then the rules started coming down. No-one who couldn't justify their place, earn their keep. No-one who required special care. My sister was diabetic, and by Crawford's rules, that made her a liability. I kept it a secret. Kept her safe for as long as I could. But in the end, I couldn't protect her. That's when I got out. Crawford, they always talked about how their system worked, how anything was better than becoming one of them. But I saw what they'd already become. I just wished I could have seen it before it was too late. Before they came and took my sister away. This is all that I have left of her. I didn't have time to take it when I got out of Crawford. I just wanted it, okay?
~ Molly talking about her past to Lee (determinant).

Molly is a supporting character in Telltale Games' The Walking Dead video game series, appearing as a one-off major character in the fourth episode "Around Every Corner" in the first season.

She used to live in the Crawford district alongside her diabetic younger sister, when Oberson seized control of the community. When he was weeding out "liabilities" such as the sick, Molly went to the town doctor to get insulin for her sister in exchange for sexual favors. One day, said doctor ended the deal out of fear for himself when Oberson sent an inspector down to take inventory of the medicine. Before Molly knew it, her sister's symptoms showed, and she was removed from the community. Grieving and embittered by her loss, Molly soon left the community to live a life of scavenger.

She is voiced by Erin Yvette.

Her Good Ranking[]

Her Heroic Deeds[]

  • Regularly rings the town's church bells to distract walkers, allowing her to scavenge the vacated areas. Telling the heroes about this strategy becomes a valuable plot point in the following episode.
  • Shows good instincts when forced to think on the fly. When Lee was surrounded by walkers, she tossed him her ice tool (which she calls Hilda) so he could escape a herd through a manhole into the sewers, or when she suggested him to shoot through a skylight to escape a walker-infested auto shop they retrieved a car's battery from.
  • Deeply loves her sister, enduring a lot in degrading herself by having sex with Dr. Logan, to keep her sister provide medicine and keep her safe from Oberson's punishment as long as she could and retrieving a photo to remember her by long after she was gone.
  • Helps Lee and his group to collect supplies and needs for their boat.
  • Lacks from cowardice and shows bravery always. When a small herd comes through the entrance, Molly confronts them directly, killing two in the process.
  • Forms a lighthearted bond with Clementine and shows concern about her safety if Lee chooses to take her with him to Crawford (which isn't a kids-friendly place). If Clementine saves Molly, she will praise her shooting skills.
  • Also forms a bond with Lee. Should he manage to keep her around by the end of the episode, Molly will give up her spot on the boat and leaves Lee on good terms, telling him to keep Clem safe. (If Molly is saved in Crawford)

Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]

  • Fails the general admirable standards of the game, and also to other characters such as Chuck and Lilly.
  • Shows no remorse for almost getting Lee's group killed with her bell tactic. Note that it did cause Chuck's death.
  • Almost leaves Lee, Kenny and Clementine (a kid) to die until the latter pleads her to save them from walkers.
  • Makes fun of Lee for having a dysfunctional group right after Kenny learned that Ben was behind the deal that got his family killed. (If Molly is saved in Crawford)
