While she yelled at Shūta Go and Cab at the times she was in the right due to their immature and perverted antics.
Her Heroic Deeds[]
She assisted the Autobots in many adventures of stopping the Decepticons and healing any injured civilians
She managed to redeem Cancer an Decepticon Headmaster Junior
She shown compassion and wasn't harsh to Cancer when Cancer was taken prisoner unlike her teamates Ginrai who aggressively interrogated him.
She alongside manage Shūta Gō and Cab help repower Godbomber to help Ginrai drive off Overlord.
She Shūta Gō and Cab helped Ginrai get the enough needed to put an end to Devil Z.
She helped save the Legends World in the Legends Manga such as stopping her counterpart Nightbeat from using killing Ginrai by helping rebuild Godbomber, saving Ginrai and Godbomber from Overlord, and helping other characters like Grand Maxinus defeat Devil Z.
She lacks overall corruptions and any considered that were all Heating-Up Periods.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out[]
While her role in her appearances easily allow her to pass the baseline and lacks corruptions, the Japanese Generation One's Admirable Standards are simply way too high for her to stand out and while it may be unfair to compare her Optimus Prime, Rodimus Prime, Dai Atlas, or Megatron due to their higher resources, she fails the Admirable Standards to Ginrai who putstop to Devil Z's plans with similar resources to her her most admirable acts are in helping him and the other heroes while her solo ones aren't enough to make her even close to an Insufficiently Admirable NPG.

Minerva would've been Pure Good or Near Pure Good if the Admirable Standards of the Japanese Generation One Continuity were much lower.
