Leland Turbo is one of the two overarching protagonists (alongside Rod Redline) of Pixar's 12th full-length animated film Cars 2.
He is one of many agents (especially British spy) and partner in training of Finn McMissile. He was killed by Professor Zündapp and the Lemons.
He was voiced by Jason Isaacs.

- He worked with Finn McMissile in the spy field early on in their careers, getting one another out of though spots many, many times.
- On his latest mission, he infiltrates the Lemons' oil rig and uncovers crucial information about their top-secret destructive camera device.
- He sends Finn a recorded message about the information he discovered, passing him his coordinates and telling him to be careful, right before he has to flee and cut off the video transmission after seeing the shadows of Grem and Acer about to enter the room. This leads to Finn arriving at the oil rig himself to find out more about the Lemons' schemes and also discovering that they had killed Leland via crushing him into a cube, though Finn is later forced to flee without getting enough information after he is discovered.
- Overall, his and Rod Redline's influence on the film's storyline contributes greatly to Finn, Holley, and Mater uncovering the Lemons' terrorist plot and foiling their plans in the end.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While informing Finn about the Lemons' secret weapon allows him to pass the baseline, he drastically fails the high admirable standards alongside Finn and Holley when the two fight the Lemons.
- He is insufficiently characterized due to only appearing in the opening sequence of the film.
