Sun Shangxiang, also known as Lady Sun, is the central protagonist in the Dynasty Warriors video game series. She is the princess of Wu and the daughter of Sun Jian and Lady Wu, a younger sister of Sun Ce and Sun Quan, a sister-in-law of Daqiao and Lianshi, and wife of Liu Bei.

- Throughout the games, she join her family in the most battles including Xiangyang, Wulin, Xiakou, Chibi, and Jiangling.
- She keep protective of Lianshi when she would treated her as her maid.
- Upon her married on Liu Bei, she defeat Zhou Yu and his men and escaped from Jianye although she left Lianshi to taking care for her brother. As a result of the strategist's death, she eventually back to Jing Province with her husband.
- Since her husband defeat Liu Zhang, she is no longer coming to the battles but Guan Yu and his family fights Wu at Fan Castle.
- When Liu Bei's defeated by Wu and flee to Baidu Castle, causing himself succumbed to illness, she last seen to her husband and tried to find antidote to healing him, but unsuccessful. Such before his death, Liu Bei tells her, Zhao Yun, and Zhuge Liang about his past career and gone. By grieve of her husband's demise, she still alive that Liu Shan, a son of Liu Bei who taking over the kingdom of Shu as the new emperor.
Warriors Orochi[]
- Throughout the games, she helped her husband and the coalition to defeat Orochi and the Demon army.
- She help Kai, Xiaoqiao, Kaguya, and Ginchiyo to save Musashi Miyamoto and Odawara Castle from Da Ji's forces.
- She save Lianshi and help her to break the spell of Kiyomori Taira.
- She ordered Ma Chao, Sima Zhao, Hanbei, and the coalition to defeat Hydra, Tamamo, and Orochi X.
- But in later time, she help Kaguya, the mystics, and the warriors to defending several entrance from Sun Wukong and the Demon forces at Itsukushima-Chengdu.
- She also help Lu Lingqi and Lady Hayakawa to save her father and Ujiyasu Hojo from the Orochi forces.
Why Doesn't She Stand Out?[]
- Despite portrayed as optimistic and playful girl, she completely fails the admirable standards to Lianshi and the other Koei characters.
- She is much more lethal, arrogant, jerk, and stubborn in some point when she killing off her enemy (such as Wei and others).
Trivia[]
- She was the only character from the Dynasty Warriors franchise to be Heroic Benchmark.
