Kylie Koopa is a supporting character in the video game Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time and a minor character in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. She is a reporter for the Koopa Kronicle and is always searching for "scoops" to report on in that newspaper.

- She warned Mario about Princess Shroob's imminent arrival at the Koopaseum and that Princess Peach would also be inside.
- She also told Mario about the existence of a secret entrance at the Koopaseum and that the secret entrance is "connected somehow to four desert statues." This allowed the Mario brothers to figure out that they needed to activate Dry Bones statues in order to enter the Koopaseum and save Peach from being fed to Petey Piranha.
- Told the Mario brothers that Princess Peach was somewhere inside the cave they were in (although it turned out to be Princess Shroob in disguise).
- Saved the Mario brothers, both adult and baby, from the Shroobs through disguising herself as a Shroob and blasting a ray gun at the Shroobs.
- Alongside Toadbert, attempted to warn the brothers that Elder Princess Shroob was trapped inside the Cobalt Star shards and that putting the star back together would release her.
Why Doesn't She Stand Out?[]
- When Yoob was eating the Yoshis, reporting on the situation and getting the top headline was top of her mind instead of concern and worry for the Yoshis.
- By putting the giant key in its hole in the Shroob Mother Ship, she accidentally made the Mario brothers and herself fall down far out of the ship.
- Kylie Koopa fails the Mario franchise's massive admirability standards to many characters who take more active roles far more often, such as Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and even Bowser.
