King Eggred Halbert the Benevolent is a minor character in the LEGO Nexo Knights franchise. He is the current king of Knighton, husband of Queen Halbert and father of Macy Halbert. Good-natured and pacifistic, he nevertheless takes a proactive role in defending his kingdom at times.
He was voiced by Brian Drummond.

- He is kind and affable towards his people.
- He cares greatly about his wife and daughter, as he only tried to prevent the latter from becoming a knight due to being worried about her safety.
- Unlike most people, he was genuinely kind to Jestro prior to his fall to villainy, and even forgave him for all the evil he's done.
- He gifted his RV to the Nexo Knights to use as a mobile fortress in their fights against Lava Monsters.
- When the Nexo Knights were captured, he defended Knightonia together with his wife and Robin.
- He admitted that he was wrong about keeping Macy out of fight and officially knighted her to make up for it.
- He decided to always be prepared for battle and always kept his battle mech on.
- He rescued the queen, Macy and Clay from the collapsing museum.
- He made efforts to evacuate the citizens from Knightonia in case Monstrox would destroy it.
- He helped the Nexo Knights fight off Stone Monsters during the final battle.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out[]
- His heroism mostly boils down to assisting the Nexo Knights without doing anything that would allow him to stand out compared to them.
- He fails the admirable standards to Izzy Richmond, who has less resources that him but played a bigger role in saving the kingdom.
- He is somewhat of a control freak, insisting that Macy always behaves like expected from a princess, even though it means to her going through a lot of humiliation in the process, something that he never fully subverts.
- He can be somewhat of a jerk at times, given that he fired Roberto Arnoldi for a rather petty reason, which caused the sculptor to eventually side with the villains, and is dismissive of Macy's arguments against his controlling nature.
