This list shows an example of a Heroic Benchmark going against a Villainous Benchmark, the opposite of Heroic Benchmarks, and villains who would typically stand out in fictional mediums with lower standards of heinousness but struggle to make an impact because they are not quite heinous enough to be classified as Inconsistently Heinous, Near Pure Evil, or Pure Evil. Despite this, they still illustrate how bad a villain can be within the context of their own work.
