Helen Ophelia Dubois is a major character from the show Drake & Josh. She's the manager at The Premiere movie theater where Josh (and formerly Drake) work at.
She is portrayed by Yvette Nicole Brown who also played Shirley Bennett on the NBC series Community.

- She treats Drake like the son she never had, and despite not giving Josh the respect he deserves working hard as an employee of The Premiere movie theater, in the later seasons, she started to be nicer to him.
- She saved Drake, Josh and Lucy from the group of jock teenagers by threatening to hit them with a baseball bat if they didn't get out of her movie theater.
- When the electricity went out in the Parker-Nichols house, she led everyone there to sing the song We Will Rock You to keep the party going.
- She took care of her grandmother Lula Dubois, helping her in Drake and Josh's house.
- She gave Josh the assistant manager position in the second to last final episode of the show after Mindy gave it up for him.
- She helped keep Drake and Josh out of trouble in Merry Christmas Drake & Josh, by giving Mary Alice and her foster family the best Christmas ever like she deserved.
- She allowed Tori Vega to stay at Hollywood Arts after the prank of getting jumped by Robbie Shapiro.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- She fails the admirable standards of Drake & Josh to the main protagonists themselves, who stopped the Hollywood Crooks, and redeemed Officer Gilbert in both Drake & Josh movies.
- She has got many jerkish and arrogant moments towards Josh on the show not giving him the respect he deserves, but treated Drake much nicer for some reason. But still, she became nicer to Josh in later seasons, so it's a minor prevention.
- She wanted to kick Tori Vega out of Hollywood Arts if she couldn't come up with a great song she liked in the singing competition, and even if she is the principal of the school, it still was too harsh of her to do on Tori Vega, who does a really great job at Hollywood Arts.

- She is the first character from the show Drake & Josh to be HB.
- Despite Drake & Josh and Victorious being two totally different shows created by Dan Schneider. They both take place in the same universe along with ICarly, which means her appearance in Victorious is canon. So, it does count on her status as HB.
