Gregory "Greg" Heffley is the main protagonist of the Diary of a Nice Guy Reddit Fanfiction created by the user u/MisterMystery5086.
He is a more misogynistic and psychopathic version of his original counterpart who causes a school shooting when feeling rejected by all women. The story has 3 different endings, one where Greg remains a villain and two where he actually tries to redeem himself for his actions.

- In Endings 2 and 3, after being talked out by Rodrick, he tries to call off the other Incels to stop the school shooting. When this fails, he then helps Rodrick and Löded Diper arrive at the school in the morning to fight off the other Incels.
- In Ending 2, Greg shows remorse for his crimes and shows good behavior in prison, then forms a relationship with a woman, showing he has no more misogynistic tendencies.
- In ending 3, he dies fighting the Incels and as a result ends up going to Heaven for fighting off Manny's corruption and completely redeeming himself.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- He fails the System Standard as he plays no important role in fighting off the Incels since this is shared with Rodrick and the rest of Löded Diper. Additionally, he fails the Admirable Standard to Rodrick who didn't need his angelic powers to motivate Greg to call off the shooting in the first place, as well as calling up all of the Löded Diper members.
- In the first ending, he remains a remorseless and bitter misogynist who shows no remorse for all of his heinous acts such as organizing the school shooting, going to Hell and becoming Manny's faithful servant as punishment.
