Cuphead is the main protagonist of The Cuphead Show! and Mugman's brother. He is a sentient cup who lives with his brother Mugman and his caretaker Elder Kettle. He became the primary target of The Devil after a run in with him at Carn-Evil.
His Good Ranking[]
His Heroic Deeds[]
- He showed immense gratitude to Mugman after the latter knit him a sweater that protected him from the Devil.
- He went to the underworld to save Mugman.
- He helped Mugman save a billion souls in "Carn-Evil".
- He freed another set of souls in "The Devil's Revenge!" by using the Devil's pitchfork to blast open the pipes, freeing said souls.
- In "A Very Devil Christmas" he expressed some remorse for his jerkish actions.
- He saved Chalice when the Devil went to reclaim her soul.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- His role in saving the souls in "Carn-Evil" was too indirect for him for that action to be counted as admirable enough to be IA, since saving a billion souls was mainly Mugman's plan.
- He relies on Fridge Brilliance, as the amount of souls he saved in "The Devil's Revenge!" was not stated. As a result, while saving souls is very admirable, he still fails to Mugman, who directly saved a billion souls from the Devil.
- He's a grey-zoned character as he is still too jerkish and childish to be Near Pure Good.
- He's very disobedient, as he was willing to go to a carnival when he was supposed to paint the fence.
- He shows a greedy side to him, as he was willing to use Chalice to scam people into giving him and Mugman money for their fake exorcising service.
- After he won back Mugman and Chalice's souls from the Devil, he endangered their souls again by going to the Devil's Casino.
