Selfless

Heroes who are willing to put themselves in harm's way for others. In extreme cases, they might die for a loved one.

Note: In Contrast to Pure Goods and Near Pure Goods, like Inconsistently Admirable heroes, not every Heroic Benchmarks is selfless, as some are anti-heroes, egotists and/or mercenaries who do heroic deeds for self-serving reasons. (e.g. Garfield, Mr. Krabs and Travis)
