C-3PO is a major character of the Star Wars franchise. He is a protocol droid who serves the Rebel Alliance along with his friend R2-D2 and ultimately becomes a loyal friend to Luke Skywalker after his Uncle Owen buys the two droids from some Jawas. In the prequels, it's revealed he was built by Luke's father Anakin to help his mother Shmi Skywalker.

- He kept Anakin and Padme's marriage a secret.
- He looks out for R2-D2 by convincing Luke to get his uncle to buy him from the Jawas.
- He saves Luke and his friends when they are trapped in the garbage shute.
- Offers to donate any of his parts to R2-D2 if he needs them after he's hurt in the Battle of Yavin IV.
- Delivers a message to Jabba The Hutt from Luke offering terms for Han's release.
- Gives up his memory drive to decode a Sith translation.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- He is a jerk to others really often especially with his complaints in the situations at hand.
- He has moral agency issues because he was created by Anakin to do good. However he has displayed personality beyond his programming so this is a minor prevention.
- Is xenophobic towards Jawas.
- He massively fails the high admirable standards of the franchise, as many characters like Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker save planets or whole galaxies. Even taking his resources into account, her fails the high admirable standards to R2-D2, who has similar resources but has far more admirable deeds.
