Bobert 6B, also known simply as Bobert, is a supporting character in The Amazing World of Gumball. He is a high-tech robot that attends Elmore Junior High and is by far the smartest student in the school. Despite often being a protagonist, he is arguably one of the most dangerous villains in the series, as he is a vastly powerful and intelligent AI who lacks conventional morality. However, he is programmed to be benign in most cases, even shown to have a limited capability for understanding and feeling human emotions.

He is voiced Kerry Shale.

He usually wants to help his friends, Gumball and Darwin among them, and strives to understand them better despite being a robot.
In "The Mystery" he reveals with a video that Miss Simian was the one who harm Principal Brown, proving Gumball's innocence.
In "The Bet", while he did many wrong acts following Gumball orders, he has some good intentions doing it.
In "The Photo" he uses his laser to help Gumball with his yearbook photo.
In "The Others" he helps Gumball and Darwin to reach Clare when she is leaving the town.
In "The Upgrade", he upgrades himself to be a more useful friend to Gumball and Darwin, even though the upgrade didn't go well. After he returns to his previous operating system he saves Gumball while he was falling from a plane.
In "The Love" he falls in love with a vaccum cleaner, showing a somewhat strange affection towards it but prooving that he is now capable to love.
In "The Loophole" he tries to behave in a safe mode, despite comiting many wrong actions, he at least saves Darwin from choking with a chip fry and a family of ants of being run over.
In "The Agent" he saves Gumball and Darwin from William's trap and helps them to make him return the objects he has stolen.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

He fails too much the admirable standars of the Watterson family (minus Richard), Alan, Carrie and even Rob, especially considering that being a robot with very advanced technology it has many more resources than them.
He is On & Off, as he is sometimes also a villain who commited many serious crimes.
- In "The Loophole", while his intentions are to protect the life in the planet, he becomes a extremist beliving that he must eradicate humanity as the main threat to the planet, this incident makes him to pass the heinous standards of the show.
Some of his heroic acts were done following Gumball and Darwin's orders due to him programming, having some moral agency issues.
He can be a jerk at times, especially during the earliest seasons.
