Big Baby is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Ken) of Toy Story 3. He is a cute big baby doll who was Lotso's former minion and friend, and later, the adopted son of Ken and Barbie.

His Heroic Deeds[]
- While he became Lotso’s minion, he wasn’t willing to do that, since he wanted to be with Daisy, but Lotso forced him to come with him.
- He is still shown to care for Daisy, as shown he calls her “mama” when Woody throws his pendant with Daisy’s name on it.
- He was the entire reason why Sunnyside is free from Lotso’s tyranny, as he threw Lotso in a dumpster and closed the door, resulting in Lotso going to the dump and never being seen again, due to a garbage man strapping him on his truck’s grille.
- He redeems himself, as he is shown to have fun after being adopted by Ken and Barbie after defeating Lotso.
- While he did blow a raspberry at Lotso after throwing him at the dumpster, it's most likely because he knows Lotso deserves it for abusing him and torturing Sunnyside's toys, not to mention Lotso would have ruled Sunnyside forever if Big Baby spared him.
Why He Doesn’t Stand Out?[]
- While he saved Sunnyside from Lotso permanently, he heavily fails the admirable standards to Woody and Buzz, as both have played far more active roles in attempting to end Lotso's tyranny.
- He was Lotso's henchman and took part in imprisoning/torturing the toys at Sunnyside, and only redeemed himself in the end with little to no screentime afterwards.
